What this is

Professional body-composition testing.

Your weight is one number. Your body composition tells us much more.

FBM uses the InBody 580 to establish a baseline, explain the metrics that matter for your goal, and make change visible over time. The scan provides data. FBM makes the data useful.

Why it matters

Because the scale cannot show the full picture.

Fat vs. muscle Weight can stay the same while your body changes. We measure both.
A clear baseline Know where you are now before you chase the next training block.
Progress you can prove Retest on a schedule. Watch the trend—not a single morning on the scale.

Common questions

What does an InBody scan measure?

An InBody 580 scan estimates body composition—including body fat, skeletal muscle mass, body water, and visceral fat—using bioelectrical impedance. You receive a printout of your results, and we walk through what the numbers mean in plain language.

How is this different from stepping on a scale?

Scale weight is one number. It cannot tell you whether a change came from fat, muscle, or water. Body composition helps you see what actually changed so you can make better training and nutrition decisions.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants a clearer picture of their body—people working on fat loss, muscle development, performance, or general wellness. You do not need to be an athlete or a gym member to book.

How often should I scan?

The first scan is a baseline. Many clients retest every 2–4 weeks while they are actively changing training or nutrition. The 6- and 12-month plans include one scan per month so you can watch the trend instead of reacting to one day.
